Hi Mrs. Moran, I finished my reading book "Heart of a Samurai". It was really good! It was about this boy named Manjiro, who was shipwrecked on an island, but they were taken by "Barbarians"(Us). Manjiro had to travel the seas with the "barbarians" and hunt whales for their blubber. In the end, Manjiro went back to his home country (Japan), and after locked up for a little while, he and his friends could go back to their friends and family at home.
